International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, VAT/GST, brokerage fees and other government charges determined by the destination country's customs authorities. These are not included in our product prices or shipping charges unless otherwise stated, and are the customer's responsibility.
Where applicable, Malaysian taxes are calculated according to prevailing law and clearly displayed at checkout. Should Malaysian tax regulations change, SBC reserves the right to update pricing and tax calculations accordingly.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive the courier name, tracking number and tracking link. Some courier services include basic shipping protection, and additional insurance may be available depending on the courier and parcel value — contact us before payment if you require this.
Please ensure your delivery information is complete and accurate before confirming your order, including your full name, complete address, postcode, state, country and contact number. SBC is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete delivery information provided by the customer.
If delivery cannot be completed due to an incorrect address, the customer being unavailable, refused delivery or an unclaimed parcel, the parcel may be returned to SBC and additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
Please contact SBC as soon as possible and provide your Order Number, Tracking Number, and photographs of the parcel (and product, if damaged). We will work with the courier company to investigate and assist you accordingly.
Delivery delays caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including natural disasters, severe weather, pandemics, government restrictions, customs delays, transportation disruptions or courier interruptions — are beyond the control of Simply Beautiful Collections. We appreciate your patience and understanding should such circumstances occur.
